— Sophomore Chelsea Blaase, from St. Joseph-Ogden, won her first collegiate cross-country race for Tennessee last Friday. Her 5-kilometer time at Alabama’s Crimson Classic was 17 minutes, 21.19 seconds and gave her a one-second victory. Blaase had two previous top-20 finishes.

— Senior Josh Dees, from St. Joseph-Ogden, placed 16th overall for Greenville College at Bradley’s Pink Classic. His 8-kilometer time was 26:53.

— Ross Baker, from St. Joseph-Ogden, is a Greenville graduate who ran unattached at the Peoria meet. He was 44th in 28:16.

— Freshman Tessa Vowels, from St. Joseph-Ogden, was timed in 31:27 for Carl Sandburg at the Pink Classic.
